So we have the fault lines identified. And we also identified the two forces that causes earthquakes - the attraction of the sun and the attraction of the moon. The Earth revolves around the sun at the same time it rotates in its own axis and the moon revolves around Earth so we need the exact time where the fault line coincides when the two attracting forces are equal. Its like trying to pull apart a fruit with your two hands, the forces must be equal. This might be elementary to some so I'm just sharing.
My question is why did the countries stopped missions to the moon in 1976 then resumed in 2013?
How about we also construct a moon for Mars since there are theories it can support life?
