Applying for a job

Ecclesiastes 7
20 For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.
James 1
2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. 5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
In Ecclesiastes it says there that men sin. We all sin. How come in James it says there to have faith to persevere and be perfect. Let us say there is an employer evaluating applicants for a particular job. You have the qualifications and you are interested so you sent your resume for review. You look decent and ready and have correctly answered the questions in the interview. You call the company to follow up on the application. The employer decides you are perfect man for the job.
