A Royal Wedding

Philippians 2
1 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, 2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. 3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. 4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
As you may have seen throughout the blog, the Bible is full of personifications and there are stories within stories and perhaps like this, there are stories isolated from other events. So in here we see here a priest reading the marriage vows. Who are being wed? Jesus here is a princess of another kingdom who went to the kingdom of God where the King resides. The woman worked as an ordinary citizen and the King took a liking to her and gave her his name. The name above every name in the kingdom. At this point, the priest announced to people to honor the Queen at the venue which has a mezzanine and a basement. Here is the Queen, the glory of the King.

To make a comparison, its like the Animal Farm from George Orwell, who resorted to personification of animals to illustrate their political situation. The same could be the case in the time of the Bible when there is a decree that prohibits people from writing about the royal family. I think there are instances that a disciple kneels which is similar to the King knighting his men.

To be clear, this is about religion. The Roman Catholic is the dominant religion in the Philippines. The name above every name. The King wants you to join the church and give his name. The Queen is any of you out there that needs the warmth, happiness and security of being a normal citizen. People immediately have negative impressions on cult members. Its your choice because the Catholic Church is not perfect, not yet. But as I was saying, here is the good soil where your kids can grow and fully develop their talents.
Hero
Its a film starring Jet Li. He belongs to a group of assassins who wants to kill the Emperor. 'Li' devised a way he can get close to the Emperor Qin. At the palace, you have to be in a particular distance which is safe for the Emperor. However you can get close if you kill enemies of the state. 'Jet Li' closed the distance with his killings or victories and some are willing victims. When 'Jet Li' had the distance to kill the Emperor, the Emperor said something like war is necessary for peace. So that there would only one kingdom. And 'Jet Li's insurgence only means that it is dividing people. So 'Jet Li' realized the reason why another assassin did not kill the Emperor when the assassin had the chance. In the end, 'Jet Li' lets himself be executed. This was known later as the Qin dynasty.

Jeremiah 29
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
The Pea Shooters

However we are not to destroy evil people. The war is against the evil inside the person. Criticize, reprimand and give hell to corrupted people.
Romans 8
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
