4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Its crystal clear that the Bible puts heavy importance on the spirit compared to the flesh. What good is your long gowns if your heart and actions are not faithful? Women should be modest and respectable in the way they conduct themselves. Because they will be treated trash if they behave and talk like trash. So it follows that women wear respectable and modest clothes. Not in trashy clothing because people will treat you like garbage although in a lesser degree.

Do not make a fool of yourself or naughty in the name of love. Take hold of this command and keep it until you are ready. When you find the right one, okay get crazy.

And while you are not ready, you should 'Seek the kingdom of God' as I have said for nth time. To have standards in dating people.
