The world of anime

Samurai X is my favorite, the reformed Kenshin in his travels and with his reverse-edged sword to avoid killing people. With reformed I mean he was known as Battousai the slasher in the previous era where there was civil war. You should see the Ninja Scrolls movie as well because it was a precursor to Naruto. Naruto I mentioned already, got hooked with it. I think the battle versus Pain was the best. Detective Conan is another anime I am fond of. And of course Slam dunk the basketball anime, with Sakuragi, Rukawa, Akagi the flyswatter, Miyagi the pointguard and Mitsui the shooter. I just love this anime that I actually made a blog called Slam dunk overload with the characters and teams in comparison to the NBA. How can I forget Voltes V when I am always reminded of it since I was young. It translates to Borutesu Paibuni. I also watched Bioman growing up. This said, this reminds me of Tado and Erning of Strangebrew when they sort of danced to Bioman theme posing as fire-fighters complete with a fire-truck. That was really funny. Ramon Bautista and Jun Sabayton also played as thugs in this show.

Japanese culture has been a big influence to me. I studied Aikido but only as a white belter. My brother has completed the black belt training and he taught me the locks and grips and throws. The band Ikimono Gakari is a favorite of mine, what a voice. Of course the master composer Akira Yamaoka of the Silent Hill fame. I think I have seen just about every version of Silent Hill theme on Youtube. I love the sound of the mandolin. I think its similar to a bandurria which my mom plays. From watching all these anime and docus, I think a japanese house would be nice with granite fountains. I also love the paper lanterns like in the photo below.

I hate gays
Burn in hell. When you hear insidious insinuations from them you cannot help but be disgusted! Its like you are eating and suddenly your appetite is lost. I had a stomach ache one time when this gay man comes out of nowhere and sat directly across me and watched me eat. Go away. Only one man and one woman should be a couple.

To be clearer
There has to be a censorship of gay men according to their aggressiveness, calling the mtrcb. This is what I would apply with my family so I am sharing this to you as my family. It would require constant vigilance with them around. Noontime TV shows are for general patronage, but there are gay men in it. What does this teach our children? Maybe they would not ask you about it but these people have already influenced them. Worse as having demons, they have these disgusting gestures to people of same sex. Believe me because gay men are hitting on me all the time so I know. We should spit at them if need be or reprimand them, or at least discourage them. Give them hell.

Is it open from 7am to 11pm? I would think so similar with 24/7.

Birds and eggs
I think I was a mischievous kid or just accident-prone I guess. One time in the market, the walkways were narrow and there was a shop selling crates of eggs. I bumped into it, guess I was not paying attention, and the columns of egg crates spilled to the ground. My mom has to pay for it and I got pinches for it. Another time, because we live beside a Petron gas station, there were birds resting on top of the fluorescent lights at the perimeter walls. Me and my friends began to throw stones at it. Frustrated I gathered a handful and throw it to the birds. The birds flew and the lights were out. Got another pinching from it.

Painting
You see me and my brother we have so many stories together. One time the guidance counselor asked me to go to the bathroom because apparently my brother made a mess in there. He was like 8 years old that time. So i went to the bathroom and I saw his works. Michaelangelo painted brown in the three walls. He told me, "Sira ata pork and beans". (must be the pork and beans).

At the FEU

Okay so this brother of mine asked me to go to FEU to bring something to a professor there. The professor was to go abroad to my brother's location so my brother asked me to get some flavoring for french fries which wasn't available there. I easily located the room number and to my surprise, the walls are of clear glass, the whole class looked at me and to their professor. He was a gay man! Hilarity ensues. Maaaaan tsk tsk tsk. :((

The Congregation

When groups of people study knowledge, they are already congregating with God and brothers and sisters. We do not worship the Bible because it is a way of life, a guide. Worshiping is the pagan's way of repetition that you just sleep or you understand nothing of what is being said. God says I am knowledge so watch informative shows like the History channel, Natgeo, Discovery, Fox, CNN, BBC, NHK, Arirang, CCTV, GMA7, ABSCBN, TV5, RPN9, Magic 899, Ezrock 963, Monster 971. sports shows, Mtv and many many more.

Congregating is also when people of influence are doing good for the population. Presidents, Vice Presidents, Prime Ministers, Kings, Queens, Princes, Princesses, government leaders, professionals etcetera, as long as they walk the good path, they are congregating with God and brothers and sisters. The Bible teaches health, information, amusement, entertainment, music and you search these in all forms of media according to your good taste. Remember pick the good ones and rid of the bad. You have the 5 senses to filter out evil from the what you seen.

Pagans and their paganistic rituals

Matthew 6:7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Why do you keep on repeating meaningless and boring verses on TV and online? Its a waste of airtime and bandwidth! When the Bible says I am the way, it says I am the way to knowledge. Like in this example.

 Isaiah 40:22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

It says here God sit at the circle of the earth. Medieval people believed the earth was flat. So here the Bible is more advanced. But is the Bible a science book? Definitely not. It is a way to science. Thats why you have to cross reference to science books, videos, etcetera where science is way, way more detailed. Quit repetition of reading verses. Learn knowledge by reading books, watch TV and videos and listen to music. You wanna learn medicine, then read medicine books and so on and so forth.  

Speaking in tongues

Synergy
In math 1+1=2 but in business terms 1+1= infinity. They call it synergy and is applicable not only in business. Remembered this from a gameshow in Arirang TV long time ago, i wonder why they discontinue that kind of informative show.

Shit talk
Okay I was in class one time for training for project management I think when my stomach rumbled. Must be what I eaten. Nature calls. I chewed up tissue paper to stall it while there's perspiration sll over me. The instructor saw my reaction and mistaken it like I was not paying attention. He had the pained look with matching dramatic statements. Can't he see I was in shit mode! So I texted my brother to get my jacket. As I move on my toes, the clueless instructor still had the pained look. I met my brother downstairs and luckily the jacket was able to cover my backside. We sat on the passenger seat of the jeepney. I left a pretty good painting of two brown circles on the canvass seat.

Two party system
By the United States when voting for a president is ideal I think. Like when King Solomon decides who is the real mother of the baby. Unlike here in the Philippines, you have at least 7 candidates for presidency. And worse there are so-called nuisance candidates which are nuisance in the very sense of the word. This happens because the only requirement is you have to be a Filipino resident if I remember correctly. This has been a source of amusement and entertainment that local media loves to cover. What do you call people who already knows that this practice is a waste of resources - fools. Yup you are fools in continuing this. You are supposed to have the brightest brains in the region and you cannot adjust the voting requirements to qualified people? What a shame! Shame on you. I mean 7 candidates for presidency! Why are there so many political parties in the Philippines? Its like what I said before, the number of islands symbolizes the mental segregation of the Filipinos. The reason why the Spaniards have 300+ years of occupation quelling 200+ Filipino revolts. Come on Filipino law makers you can do much better than that.

Against death penalty
An eye for an eye in ancient times means they take out your eyes literally or kill you if you have killed someone - these are mis-understood rules. How can you do more good things if you have no eyes? You have eye cover to avoid watching pornography. How about a life for a life? Is that literal? If a person has killed another person you have to punish him but not by death. You kill the evil in the person. In letting him live, you give the person a chance to save lives. You educate this people with knowledge. People can change for the better, its a matter of discipline. I know this for a fact. The world knows this for a fact.

City slackers
Around 1997 I guess, four of us EEI employees spend our years with playstation during weekends. We play the NBA Live the most, me of course Vince Carter and the Toronto Raptors while others the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings. The Kings I beat rather easily, Lakers win some, lose some although I think I have the upperhand overall while I have only few games against the Knicks in which I lost all. The Knicks during those times have higher ratings for defense. Okay I concede he is just better than me. There's also this obese brother of our friend who was sometimes pissed off with our presence, he was previously associated with Myx as far as I know, switches on the computer and tries to mess with us with the blaring sound of the speakers. The brother's quite alright for me, I can see how dedicated he is with work. But there was this phone call on my birthday that changed all, one of our friends died that day. We then went to our own ways. In relation to this, I have another EEI co-worker who has influenced me in a way. He is into spiritual/enlightenment philosophy. I remember he posted something like "If you feel pain, that is because you see it as a drop of water in a glass. See it as a drop of water in the ocean." Be an ocean. Really powerful that changes your mindset. As I said before, search knowledge and you decide which is for your own good. You can also find wisdom in the parables, fables and other ancient texts.

Samson and Delilah

Samson was known for his power if i'm not mistaken. His foes baited him with Delilah. Delilah cut Samson's hair which was the source of his power. I think they even blinded him. But Samson's hair grew longer as time goes by and was able to regain sight I think. And then there's was this party in a temple I guess. Samson prayed to God, summoned his strength and pushed the columns of the structure and all of them died.

As what we said last time, the hair is a symbol of your legacy. Probably Samson walked using the good word and when his opponents saw this, they were infused with envy. Delilah cut the hair meaning Samson became corrupted and he could not see this. Samson probably realized his mistakes, walked back to the truth and destroyed the evil in all of them.

As I said I will provide interpretations. Samson is the son of Sam. Uncle Sam is the United States. Delilah would be Not Lilah or it simply refers to a different person or thing. The Bible is full of metaphors so people should adjust accordingly.

Say Samson is like Samsung. The most precious thing in the world is family. Let us say you have a brother who is carefree and easy-going. As an older brother you have to guide him. Maybe your brother is pressured of being in your shadow. What you do is understand him in his individuality, help him in good endeavors and have compromises. I would do that first before helping other relatives.

OGAGS
What people should understand is that these are all my experiences and thoughts. Just READ IT AS IT IS and do not make your own interpretations. Why would I make stories like these. If there is something you do not understand, speak up. I will say it if I am just making up. Just unbelievable. THESE STORIES REALLY HAPPENED. What you see is what you get. Malling sometimes I ask people, sometimes I observe, I ask what I observe. I met that tomboy in Palau among a group of women. its a shame for two women to be a couple that is why I do that! common sense!, MMA i think those guys are formidable, Game of Generals happened in Bulacan with schoolmates, sleep paralysis yup even my brother told me he cannot move while going to sleep for sometime and he did not know that same thing happened to me, medical exam was in PLM where I studied college, my dad was a veteran, too bad he was not in the list of USA forces or else we be in the USA long ago, torches just thinking, i was in and out of jobs - i was bored or terminated or contract ended, trouble happened in Palau sprayed 'fuck' in my window shield and driven nail to my tire, i am not a flirt, they only think that way. i was supposed to talk to them cause its my job to coordinate, truth is if i meet a single woman who is attractive to me why wouldn't I go for her. I stay away from married women when it comes to personal things. Last two are self explanatory. Man people sometimes.

Malling
At the mall shops, they do not put a wall clock so that the staff won't spend their time looking at it. The sales ladies they do not have pockets in their dresses and their shoes are the open types. To practically avoid theft I guess. I usually walk at the malls as exercise.

Tomboys
I take pride in converting lesbians to real women or at least bisexuals :D I usually hunt the familiar short-haired lesbos. But it seems they target me also but not on a personal level. They just ask for directions and what time is it and etcetera. You feel honored when they wear a lipstick when you see them next time. One incident abroad is particularly scary, I was standing outside the mall because it was raining hard when this quite stocky tomboy asked me, "Why are you standing like that? Are you a tough guy"? Then she pressed on some more. I feel cornered. She might punch me anytime. I just said "I'm not a tough guy". Yup how cowardly of me.

MMA
I think MMA legends Randy The Natural Couture and Mark The Hammer Pan will be serious competition in today's light heavyweight to heavyweight. They have decent take-down defense and the masterful wrestling. They use the ground and pound in those days which is still applicable to today's game.

Game of the Generals
After several games, I wonder why my schoolmate was beating me. Then he showed me the marks he made on my 5-star General, spies and flag. That is why no matter how hard I try, I always lose. We laughed it off afterwards.

Sleep paralysis
I really want to consult a doctor about this although the internet say it is nothing but all in the mind. The effect of being exhausted. Its like when you start to sleep, then you suddenly cannot move or shout but you are conscious the whole time. Lasts to about a minute. Happened more frequently these past few months. If you believe in the supernatural, then they say aliens do this.

Medical exam
Okay I won't say where did this happen. One of the requirements is to give a stool sample. I noticed this guy passed a brown mayonnaise container, its bigger than a coffee cup. When I looked closely, its only 3/4 cup full of brown material! speckled with red and yellow bits! Picture that. And next time, there were us five men in a room to be checked by the physician. She asks us to strip down to underwear. One of them was hesitant, when he finally did, he was wearing a cloth diaper, yup not kidding complete with knots on the sides.

Veteran
My late dad was a veteran of the WW2. I think he was only 16 at that time and got a gunshot wound on the calf. He would go to the backyard at sunsets, sit in his chair and talk to himself. He also had correspondence with an American soldier after the war and our father told us he saved this man named Scott during the war. Did not talk about it any more than that. He's not that a bad man as I might have portrayed him with a belt. Those are when we occasionally disobeyed important things. Normally he just make sermons ranging from 30mins to 2 hours. As I told before, this was when I was little, he gradually changed after that.

Instant Torches
In movies I noticed how easy it is for them to make torches when they go to underground tunnels. That is long been a mystery to me. Watch it, it does not matter what period or genre, once they get to tunnels, they light a match stick and voila! holy torch!

Trouble
I am in and out of work so at my age I wonder if anyone gives me work. One time my car was spray-painted with the F word, next time someone puts a nail in one of my tires. Other times I argue with them superiors or colleagues. How can I support a family this way? What a predicament.

I'm a flirt
That is what they say about me wherever I work. Which is not true at all. Stories like I get close to married women. You know sometimes you spend time in the office and as fate would have it, I am always put in awkward situations. Gossipers abound and they create stories about you and the woman. Which is unfortunate because firstly I am not a home-wrecker. And secondly that is bad for the woman and her family. But sometimes they get attached to you and vice-versa. Attraction is natural between a man and a woman. Sometimes they get angry, someone even said Stop it Luis, I'm not free. Sometimes husbands get angry. When that happens, I know I have to go. Sometimes I wonder I meet someone who is free.

Sleepless
I am feeling great, why would you take pity on me? Mixed emotions from the past, present, future imaginings and happy, sad, boring times. Triggered by the Mamasapano incident I guess although I have vague idea on what they exactly mean. Its like a code. Anyway its like in the film Minority Report, in there they arrest people because they predicted that this man is gonna commit a crime. A real novel idea. Tap your shoulders everyone. You are heroes. Sometimes I can be sarcastic. Its worse than being in jail. Although I haven't been jailed. What the hell just happened.

Before Pacquiao

Before Manny Pacquiao, there were boxers who made the Filipino flag waving in international competition. Luisito Espinosa, a counter-puncher who packs dynamite in both hands. Was due for a big payday showdown with Naseem Hamed but got beaten by Cesar Soto. Soto went on to fight Hamed. The Penalosa brothers, Dodie boy and Gerry, also were outstanding world champions. Dodie boy, a two-time world champion has defied physical disability to excel. You can see him dragging his other leg because of polio sickness. I saw him getting KOed by Chang Ho Choi. Rolando Bohol avenged and regained the title with a UD win over Choi. Gerry is another counter-puncher and a lefty so naturally he is dangerous. Got unlucky towards late in his career with a string of very close decision losses and/or draw if i'm not mistaken forced him into early retirement. Seems like there were no punchers who made it big abroad before the era of Pacquiao. The ones I remember are only Melvin? Magramo and Lee Escobido. Magramo had an exceptional fight with a thai, he throwed 21 continuous right hands without answer from the opponent. Man that was something. Aside from the Pacquiao and Donaire fights, I think my favorite fight would be the Rolando Pascua versus Chiquita Gonzales fight. Pascua KOed the previously unbeaten mexican who was in the top five of P4P ring ratings. And thats the decade roundup folks. Samalamalaikum. Dios te nina apo.

The Godfather
People are arguing which one is better, The Godfather or The Godfather part 2. In the book, there is only one The Godfather and people should read it.

Jericho
Jericho Rosales is big in Malaysia. I mean the love team Jericho and Christine. When I was eating on shops and of course with my language, the Indonesian/Malaysian waitresses would ask "Are you Filipino"? What happened to Jericho and Kristine? Whats the meaning of Pangako sa 'yo. They watch subtitled filipino tv series there.

Cooper
We have a project in Roxas Boulevard before and we use call signs in radios. I was Adventure, while others are Ranger, Odyssey, Camry, Shelby and etcetera. A new engineer joined us and was assigned Cooper. Of course sounds like Koopal, an endearing Filipino term. Needless to say, we had a fun time about it, calling Koopal on the radio.

The Greys
The Greys, you know the little alien guys with little arms and legs. Because of couch potatoes, food are tablets and injections, the arms and legs of people became insignificant and shrunk. And proportionally other bodily parts and organs. Also we have the mental telepathy to do some work. Evolution in 112007 A.D. date I mentioned before. Just having wild imaginings.

Rescued cat
I rescued a cat once or thought I did. Seen it wincing in pain. Probably got stepped on. Kept it in my room and for two days I went back on lunchtime to feed it. I guess she's doing well now.

Cats and dogs
Just sharing my experience, not supposed to have other meanings. We have dogs and cats before. There's Whitie cause he is white obviously, we were surprised at the flag ceremony that the dog was there looking for us. Then Brownie another dog is brown, how imaginative. Dog was a she I guess and she was my pet. Then we have the cat Sammy or Sammyboy, a persian cat who is low maintenance. Tobey is a siamese cat and multi-awarded in cat shows. He has around 7 trophies I think. I think dogs are easy to please while cats are moody.

Picking a course
Chemistry was favorite subject in h.s. then Trigonometry in college. Would have taken Chemical Engineering but my father said Civil Engineering is what suits me. Of course I passed the board exam and all but its not what I want. And I did not know then. Again this is for anyone reading that you should not command people into something they do not like. Otherwise they will regret it their life. People respect you for being honest.

Jean Valjean
I love the musicale. I bet you guys know the story. I have this idea that people from all over the world collaborate into making a version. Lets say this person will sing 4 lines, another one with 4 lines and so on. You be the director of your lines. Then I think an editor can paste them all in one world version. I'd really like that.

Talking to people
Much much better than a keyboard. The internet is an impersonal device. The emotions, the sound and the face of people - you cannot replace that. With all the technology, we must not forget the lessons of the ancient people. There is wisdom in those books so search them and learn from them. People at the station are always in a hurry. At what purpose. Would have liked talking to those guys. But I get intimidated by rich people so i don't know. I have the security guards for company though. Guards were my teammates in bowling tournaments when I was a kid. Talking of talking, there's this random old vendor in the corner of the street. Then recently he doesn't come anymore. A middle-aged man replaced him. I still remember his face but all I have is small talk with him. That is life.

Memories
I know you guys just want me to remember things. Its really unfair but I'll play along. I don't have anything else to do cause i'm a bum. There's two times that I thought I would die. First on the beach, I don't know how to swim but I walked from waist-high into deeper waters. A wave rushed in and water was on the level of my nose. I tried to walk back but the sand only pushed me farther. I dunno, suddenly I was able to walk back in safe level. Haha got you, i'm not joking. Secondly, I was sitting in a bench in our kitchen. The rear of our house back then was a farm. I went outside and looked back to where I sat. There was a snake in my previous place, it got in from an open jalousie windows. Our old neighbor killed it and said it was poisonous so I was fortunate there.

Third eye
When I was young, I ran into an immobile jeepney at the roadside that left me with a scar on the forehead. I read that that is also the location of the pineal gland and as I read they refer to it as the third eye. Seems there is a connection between a strong force applied to the forehead that has caused all these. Before the accident my grades in school were poor to satisfactory but since then my marks improved drastically upward. Although I have no medals in elementary and high school, but I was always near the top ten in class of about 40. Maybe scientists can study this so that maybe, could help the world. It would be dangerous applying this a person but maybe medical practitioners can think of a safer way. I cannot predict immediate occurrences apparently because I be rich by now. I win some, lose some in sports betting. Although I would say there are strange coincidences which I cannot explain.

Exercise routine
Get yourself a copy of the Navy Seals workout, its an exercise routine mostly using parts of your body as weights. I usually perform push-ups, pull-ups and crunches at least twice a week. In push-ups you have the regular, triangle, wide and the dive bomber. Count goes 1-2-1, 2-4-2, 3-6-3 and so on. Go as your body allows it.

Ghosts
I have always been afraid of ghosts. That feeling that someone is out there. Sometimes I cannot sleep just looking in the corner of my eyes. Looking, expecting for something that was not there as I found out later. Even in video games, like the Silent Hill. Of course the soundtrack is awesome but as far as the game is concerned, I cannot stand it. Just can't play it.

Why babies cry
They miss the comfort of the womb where they are comfortable. But as a natural progression, babies have to be born. They have to adjust to the real world. Babies and infants cry from about 2 to 4 hours. Reasons are sleeplessness, hunger or they feel hot or cold. You have to amuse them, bring them outdoors and talk to them face to face. As I read from a magazine.

On the way to Bicol
The time I ride 11-hours in a bus. I saw several buses burned down along the way. Probably the NPA, I did not care to find out. As we go to our destination, it became dark soon. The blackest black I have seen in my life. Believe me this was in a very remote area and the roads are rough. I can't see a thing because there were no lampposts and the driver did not put the lights on. Scary but there's this adrenaline rush I cannot explain.
